Head of Product – Lead Innovation in Secure Collaboration
Do you have a passion for Software product strategy and development?
A dynamic Head of Product is required by a rapidly growing organisation. You steer the future of secure, cloud-based collaboration solutions (SaaS) used by clients in the defence, government, and healthcare sectors.
This role is remote, with occasional office presence required at least once a month. Ideally, candidates will be based within the M4 corridor area for ease of access to the office and client base.
In this crucial position, you will create and lead the long-term product strategy by fusing innovative technology with user-centred design. You will take the lead in making sure the platform continues to be at the forefront of security, compliance, and resilience while satisfying the changing demands of customers in industries with significant stakes.
This is a rare chance to influence the direction of a product that underpins vital functions, such as healthcare and national security.
What You’ll Do:
Develop & Lead Strategy: Create a forward-thinking product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, client feedback, and industry demands.
Drive Innovation: Lead greenfield development initiatives, promoting a culture of creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Enhance Security & Compliance: Maintain industry-leading security and compliance standards, ensuring the platform meets the highest regulatory requirements.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a holistic approach to product innovation and delivery.
Ensure Operational Resilience: Proactively identify risks and design strategies that keep the platform running smoothly and securely.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in product management, ideally in defence, government, or healthcare sectors, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards.
Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from concept to delivery.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of product strategy, agile methodologies, and security/compliance frameworks.
Qualifications: Ideally, a relevant degree and certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Manager (CPM).
