Contract Manager | EPCM & Capital Project
Contract Position
ENG Bauen is currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support a European capital project with a globally recognized EPC organisation. This role will play a key part in executing a high-value project that drives toward achieving net-zero goals by 2025.
As Contract Manager, you will oversee the execution phase ensuring all contractual obligations are met, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving the successful delivery of project milestones. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients, while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Manager with experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly within the engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
The Role:
* Develop and manage EPCM contracts and site services agreements for the project
* Prepare and issue tender documentation, ensuring completeness and viability
* Organize and lead tender clarification meetings, facilitating communication with tenderer's
* Manage the issuance of contracts and related documentation
* Lead kick-off meetings and handle post-award contract management activities
* Ensure contract close-out and report on contract progress throughout the project lifecycle
The Person:
* BSc/MSc equivalent in Legal, Business, or Engineering fields (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical,)
* At least 5–10 years of experience in contracts and procurement, ideally within EPCM and Oil & Gas projects
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients
* Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients, driving technical and contractual alignment.
* German speaking is desirable
