Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Architect with over 2 years* of post-qualified experience to join a leading AJ100 practice based in the City of London.
This well-established studio specialises in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects and has an exciting opportunity for an Architect to work on a developer-led residential scheme in Cambridgeshire.
The Role:
You’ll be supporting the Director and Senior team with the planning application stages of a significant residential project. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in residential design and be skilled in working across RIBA stages 0–3, bringing experience that includes the production of Design Access Statements.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director and Senior team on planning applications for a large-scale residential scheme.
*
Work primarily on residential projects through RIBA stages 0–3.
*
Produce Design Access Statements and ensure design standards meet the practice’s high quality and compliance requirements.
*
Liaise with key stakeholders and contribute to project success through effective communication and design precision.
About You:
*
2+ years* of post-qualified experience, ideally with a focus on residential schemes.
*
Proficiency in stages 0–3, with a good understanding of planning processes and client-led design.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
