An opportunity has arisen for a diligent Fixed Asset Accountant to join a well-established and successful business in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register and related accounting.

Description
Manage and maintain the company's fixed asset register
Conduct regular asset audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Prepare and post monthly depreciation and asset disposal journals
Liaise with other departments to gather information on assets
Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and audit
Provide support on projects as required by the finance team
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
Deliver regular reports to senior managementProfile
A successful Fixed Asset Accountant should have:
ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified
Proficient understanding of accounting principles.
Familiarity with fixed asset software and systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
