About the Role:
We are acting on behalf of a premier fit-out and interior specialist client seeking a Senior Project Manager. This is a key role, responsible for managing high-profile interior and fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience in the fit-out sector, be detail-oriented, and possess the leadership qualities needed to manage complex projects from concept to completion.
Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of fit-out and interior projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. The role involves client liaison, project planning, budget management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end management of high-profile fit-out and interior projects, from planning to completion.
* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring project milestones are met.
* Regularly visit sites to monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring project requirements are clearly communicated and adhered to.
* Implement project cost control measures and conduct ongoing financial assessments to ensure budgetary compliance.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, quality assurance, and compliance records.
* Lead project teams, coordinating subcontractors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager within the fit-out or interior sectors.
* Degree or relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on client engagement.
