Legal Counsel

An Asset Manager, specialising in alternative funds, is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join a growing team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior business executives and you will be involved in a diverse portfolio of work.

Key duties will include:

• IT contracts to include software licenses and usually structured as master services agreement with order forms
• Professional services engagement letters
• Corporate contracts – eg office infrastructure, corporate services for all offices
• Recruitment contracts
• NDAs
• other ad hoc matters and projects.

You will have a minimum of 2 years of Post Qualified Experience gained in a law firm or legal department of a financial services organisation. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.
