Multi-Skilled Engineer
Northamptonshire
Up to £53,500 DOE
We are working with a leading food manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art facility, and they are continuing to go from strength to strength. With new product lines and continuous growth in production numbers, this is an exciting time to join their team as they expand their operations.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the facility operates at peak efficiency, with minimal downtime and consistently high performance. You'll be working in a cutting-edge environment with modern equipment and a growing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime
Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets production targets
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with a team of engineers and production staff to ensure smooth operation
About You:
Qualified engineer, preferably multi-skilled or with an electrical bias
Experience within the food/manufacturing/FMCG industry (or a similar) is desirable
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
Strong team player with good communication skills
