Your new role
As an experienced site manager, you will initially oversee an affordable homes project near Ely. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage day to day operations on the construction site
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise
• Maintain high standards and quality control
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have proven experience as a Site Manager on residential/ affordable housing builds.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  
• Proficiency in project management software
  
• SMSTS, first aid, CSCS
