Job Title: Senior M&E Project Manager
Location: London and Home Counties
Salary: Up to £60,000+
Duration: Permanent/Full-time

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager to oversee multiple high-profile projects across London and the Home Counties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing M&E projects, from planning and design through to delivery and handover.
* Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency.
* Overseeing procurement of materials and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Providing technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring quality control at all stages.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to throughout all phases of the project.
* Reporting regularly on project progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Senior M&E Project Manager, ideally in a mobile role covering multiple sites.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and regulations.
* Experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
* Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC, HND, or equivalent).
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London and the Home Counties.
* Delt with tendering process
