Job Description
Caddy Group are a Mechanical and Electrical Recruitment company. We supply M&E professional all around the UK and Europe.
We are looking for a number of Experienced Mechanical Project Managers for one of our clients based in Medway.
You will be covering the Kent and London Region
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and qualifications:
* SSSTS / SMSTS
* HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering
* City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering
* Experience as a Project Manager
* Experience working on commercial project ideally schools
* High Level of Health and Safety awareness.
* Must have Enhanced DBS or willing to undertake
* Must have Full driving license
Duties:
* Oversee all on-site activities for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
* Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.
* Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Ensure strong safety culture on site, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Van + Fuel card provided
Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Job Type: Permanent
Night Shifts:
Hours : 16:00pm - 12:00am/01:00am at overtime rates (day shifts also available if preffered)
