Duration: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Monday to Thursday - 4 day week
Salary: £65000 + car allowance and sales related bonus

We're looking for a Sales Manager for our client based in Ely. You will need a good general engineering background, a proven track record in sales and excellent people management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the sales team, providing motivation and development
* Managing target delivery ensuring that forecasts are accurate and timely
* Costings and quote generation
* Qualification of new customers, working to establish close customer relationships
* Monitoring of agreed targets and objectives to ensure they are successfully achieved
Requirements:
* Commercial awareness and familiarity with the marketplace
* Experience in general engineering, milling, turning and assembly etc.
* Confident presenting to customers and reporting to senior management
* Experience targeting new markets and expanding the customer base.
* Experience setting up and monitoring supply agreements and contracts
