About the Company: PSR Solutions is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the construction industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a prestigious Tier 1 residential developer on an ongoing temporary basis.
Job Description: As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contractual aspects of residential development projects. Your role will involve ensuring that all contracts are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all contract negotiations and administration.
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and review contract documents, including tenders and proposals.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a Tier 1 residential developer.
Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
