Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Facilities Management - North London, England - £44,000 plus fully expensed van
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading facilities management companies based in the UK.
Hours of work: Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm - 40 hours
Salary: £44,000 DOE
Location: North London, England
Role Responsibilities:
Undertake all electrical repairs, installations, and inspection and testing within the area.
Record and keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
Report any defects at the time of the service visit.
PPM and Reactive Maintenance
The ideal candidate:
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline)
good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
able to read and understand technical drawings
have good problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
Full UK Clean driving license
