£34,140.00 - £42,439.00 per annum including London Weighting Allowance
In exceptional circumstances a specialist market supplement may be available subject to industrial and teaching experience up to a maximum of £9,561 in addition to the salary listed.

Job Purpose
To plan, teach/deliver and develop high quality education and learning for students on College’s Courses within the Faculty to help them achieve their learning goals, in accordance with the College’s mission, values, and expectations, and the Professional Standards for Teachers and Trainers in Education and Trainers in education and trainingor Teachers and Trainers in Education and Trainers in education and training.
The Electrical lecturer will have (Desirable & Essential);
* Must have a Level 3 electrical installation qualification, or NVQ at level 3 (E)
* NICEIC registered. (D)
* Maths and English to level 4 CGSE or equivalent (E)
* Assessors Qualification (D)
* Teaching qualification Level 3 (D)
* Have the ability to communicate and explain complex issues and projects in a way which can be clearly understood (E)
* Be highly organised and have the ability to manage specialist, complex projects with excellent attention to detail (D)
* Have experience of motivating, developing and managing the performance of learners (E)
* Have the ability to communicate effectively with key senior stakeholders, mange your workload effectively in a challenging environment and build positive internal and external relationships with learners, colleagues and stakeholders.
You must hold a DBS that is on the update service, if not, we are happy to process a new DBS.
