Job Description
We are currently seeking a forward thinking Network Enforcement Officer to support the day to day activities of the Management team for a client of ours based in Chichester.
The role entails undertaking site visits so a Valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
About the Role:
Monitoring tasks to ensure that organisations carrying out work comply with Statutory requirements
Schedule and carry out inspections of the highways for Street works, compliance and licensing
Monitor compliance and issue penalty notices using CCTV and ANPR based systems
Represent the client at meetings with works promotors and answering questions
Provide advise and support to the permit officers
Use a range of software including hand-held terminals for the reporting of faults, writing reports and documents.
About You:
Experience of a coordinating role including traffic management, drawing together a range of activities
Experience carrying out inspection work
Experience of effectively working with stakeholders and members of the public
New Roads and Street works supervisor qualification
Good interpersonal skills in order to interact with a range of customers
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Strong observational skills and attention to detail to identify illegal activity
Use of Symology or equivalent packages
