Job Description
CAD Technician - Wombourne
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading steel distribution and processing company who have recently heavily invested in new laser cutting technology.
You will be joining the team to assist with the companies CAD and sales functions.
You'll be producing drawings on bespoke 3D CAD software and nesting for laser cutting machinery. Ideally you will have a bit of workplace experience in a CAD role. You will receive full training in the software and processes that the company use, however some previous experience is required in order to speed up the training period.
What we need from you!
* Previous experience on Solidworks or Autocad would be highly advantageous
* Any type of 3D CAD experience
* Ideally 1 year workplace CAD design experience
* Enthusiastic to learn off industry experts
* Positive and friendly attitude towards work
What we will do for you!
* Starting rate - between £26,000 to £30,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
