As IT Security Operations Lead, you’ll oversee an outsourced XDR provider and set the standard for security excellence in the legal sector. This people-focused role is ideal for a skilled SecOps professional ready to drive impactful change and grow in a high-responsibility position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the operational management of a managed XDR service and develop a proactive SecOps strategy.
* Refine SecOps playbooks using custom Threat Intelligence, sharing valuable insights across teams.
* Shape service metrics to showcase the performance and progress of SecOps within the firm.
* Develop an ongoing improvement program to ensure optimal security detection and response.
Skills & Requirements:
* Strong expertise in SIEM/XDR/SOAR management and a background leading SecOps or SOC teams.
* Proficiency in interpreting and presenting Threat Intelligence data.
* Relevant certifications (CiiSP, cyber defender) preferred.
