Job Advert: Quantity Surveyor – Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team, ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in health, education, or leisure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who can take charge of projects independently, managing all stages from inception through to completion, with project values up to £10 million.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the financial management and profitability of projects
* Prepare accurate cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities
* Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration processes
* Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and risk management
* Liaise effectively with project teams, clients, and contractors
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in health, education, or leisure projects
* Track record of managing projects independently, up to £10m
* Strong knowledge of cost control and value engineering
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
