Mobile Maintenance Electrician
The Role:
Step into a dynamic role as a Maintenance Electrician covering 5 commercial offices. Join a skilled team of multi-talented engineers, handling everything from routine electrical maintenance to reactive repairs and small installation projects. You'll also lend a hand with general building maintenance—keeping everything running like clockwork, being the first point of contact.
What's on offer:
* Salary up to £39,000 + van (personal use allowed)
* Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
* Call out 1 in 3 weeks (£125 standby, minimal)

Your role:
* The day to day will be split between 50% planned & 50% reactive maintenance
* Duties will include carrying out emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, water temp checks and tap flushing.
* Covering commercial lighting, power, AHUs, FCUs, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.
What we’re looking for:
* 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 Electrical (preferred)
* Experience in commercial office environments
