Job Description
CNC Supervisor
Alecto Recruitment is in partnership with an established Precision Engineering company based near Highworth, Wiltshire, who are looking for an experienced CNC Specialist with either Team Leader/Cell leader/Supervisor/Management experience within a Machine Shop.
The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in machining, with experience in both CNC Turning and Milling.
The company are a small business in terms of numbers, but highly experienced within the industry.
They cover sectors including, Motorsport, Oil & Gas and Nuclear.
What we are looking for:
Apprentice Trained Machinist
Siemens controls experience
Ability to program online
CAD CAM Programming experience (Hypermill experience ideally)
CNC Milling and Turning experience
What the company is looking for:
Previous experience within a Senior/Team Leader/Management role
Excellent people skills
Ability to drive a team
What the company is offering:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Monday - Friday - 39 hour week
22 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
