Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong self-management skills and be able to lead and support the Logistics and Quality compliance team, collaborate with and continuously develop the supply chain, lead initiatives to ensure on-time, defect-free deliveries across all projects, foster strong, collaborative relationships with the supply chain and adopt a strategic approach to supply management.

Contract: Permanent, Full time
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Reports to: Supply Chain Director
* Competitive remuneration package
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Location
Whilst predominantly based at Head Office the role holder will be required to work from our suppliers and project site at times and therefore may be required to work away from home on occasion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics Coordination and Quality Assurance Document Management
Oversee and provide strategic direction to the Logistics.
Analyse delivery performance reports.
Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) documentation is properly completed and uploaded. Conduct thorough reviews of QA documentation for each supplier.
Production Control
Lead and facilitate weekly supplier meetings across all projects.
Develop, and manage KPI’s to deliver defect-free products to the site first time.
influence and coordinate internal manufacturing meetings.
Lead and Manage the Distribution of the Project Master Installation Schedule and load Planners to all suppliers through the logistics coordinator.
Analyse weekly Planned vs Actual performance reports
Participate in all weekly Project Team Meetings (PTMs)
Attend all Design Review meetings
Reducing lead times.
Digital System Compliance for Novade and Ynomia
Conduct a thorough analysis of Ynomia data to identify and address any unit-related issues.
Lead the team making sure they have clarity and direction to Utilise Ynomia to verify the production and delivery timelines of manufactured units.
Manage the analyses of the Novade platform.
Facilitate the reviewing of QA document reporting on Ynomia.
Engage with the BST team in the development of the digital platforms for the manufacturing, supply, and delivery areas of the business.
Supply Chain Reviews
Lead supply chain lessons learned project debriefs.
Communicate supplier-related issues to the relevant project teams.
Prepare and present data-driven reports during quarterly factory visits.
Collaborate and manage the consolidation of the Project Manager's supplier matrix scores.
Facilitate and support the team in collating and logging in all necessary documentation for supplier approval.
Facilitate supplier pre-let meetings in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors.
Future Project Planning
Develop and lead future workload projections for manufacturing
Lead and develop the supply chain matrixes
