Scheduling Coordinator
Prudhoe
£23,000 per annum
Temp to Perm
35 hour week
A specialist local engineering business are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join the Service Team on a full-time permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will need to maintain high levels of organisation while having the ability to make quick decisions working under pressure to strict deadlines.
Role & Responsibilities
* Dealing with customers to arrange visit times for Engineers
* Raising jobs for the engineers using SAP System
* Booking in appointments for service to evaluate installations or site visits
* Quoting parts and labour to customers for site visits
* Collecting timesheets from engineers to process
* Verifying any overtime with Trackers and MD
* Dealing with any customer warranty issues, and ensuring that any faulty parts are returned
* Maintaining up to date information on weekly activity spreadsheets
* General ad hoc administrative duties
Knowledge & Experience
* Strong Microsoft experience, specifically Excel
* SAP or Protean experience is highly desirable
* Excellent customer service skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
