Temp/Perm - Reception Manager Opportunity – Surrey Area

Job Description
Are you an experienced leader seeking a rewarding role in healthcare management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager to join a thriving GP surgery in the Surrey area.
Position Details:
* Contract Type: Initial 2-3 month locum contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
* Start Date: ASAP
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:30 (flexible hours within this timeframe, with an earlier start preferred to support peak times).
* Hourly rate - Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a reception team of approximately 10 staff members.
* Oversee and manage staff rotas and ensure adequate reception cover.
* Address and resolve staff and patient queries promptly.
* Maintain a visible presence to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the surgery.
Essential Requirements:
* Proficiency in EMIS software.
* Proven leadership or management experience in a similar setting, ideally within a GP surgery.
