Are you an experienced Consultant with finance/procurement experience and looking for a role where you can really make a difference?
We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our Finance Excellence Consulting Team at NHS SBS!
You will lead and deliver on exciting projects and be involved with the next generation of the integrated single financial environment (ISFE) system. You will work closely with NHS clients, utilising your experience to shape solutions in their Finance/Procurement departments.

This is a hybrid role with travel across the UK.

Salary: Up to £55k per annum dependent on experience and development needs.

What you'll be doing:
- Work with NHS clients to understand their current operations and shape solutions
- Lead and deliver projects and proposals in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures.
- Project Management - plan, control, and monitor results, create productivity, operate an active system of risk management, and ensure the continuity of day-to-day business.
- Support the definition of scope and deliverables for an assignment with a 'client' (may be internal or external) and may lead this activity for small assignments.
- Support the shaping of overall solution(s) with key internal and external stakeholders and may lead this activity for small solutions.
- Promote NHS SBS and Sopra Steria portfolio of consulting, application management, business process and outsourcing services with clients and develop relationships that are transferable into sales opportunities.
- Complete assignment reviews with clients.
- Manage a small team.
What you'll bring:
- Experienced in leading and delivering Consulting projects.
- Generalist Finance/Procurement experience.
- Experience working within the public sector or with public sector clients.
- Experienced in project management, team building and management.
- Change Management and strong analytical skills, with experience of process mapping analysis, data gathering and analysis, cost modelling and benefits appraisal, and workshop facilitation/ client presentations.
