Trainee Energy Assessor - Nottingham

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing independent environmental specialist firm that offers expert compliance services to the built environment. They are currently seeking a Trainee Energy Assessor to join their Compliance team in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce SAP assessments and statements, along with sustainability reports and strategies.
Conduct energy assessments and EPCs for new builds, ensuring compliance with Part L regulations.
Collaborate with the construction team and clients to provide advice and solutions that help meet project targets.
Develop energy strategies and decarbonization reports.
Explore additional industry areas, such as air pressure testing.Ideal Candidate:
Some experience or knowledge from the energy insdustry.
An energy assessor qualification, such as OCDEA or NDEA, would be advantageous.
Familiarity with industry-standard software like IES-VE or SBEM.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
