We work with some of the world's largest organizations across a variety of industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Hospitality and Software, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes.

Comcast Cable's Experience Insights team supports the greater Comcast organization to make better, more informed business decisions from insightful market research data. The team delivers on this by providing research support services and market research insights across Comcast's divisions and product lines, and by fulfilling both quantitative and qualitative market research projects.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Experience Insights to support the development and execution of both CX and EX insights research practice. The ideal candidate would be a proactive and resilient individual that is able to harness required resources, adapt to challenges, and learn from constructive feedback. This role provides a great opportunity for an analytical, independent and dynamic individual to be part of a high-performing team, gain experience in a range of market research and consumer/ employee insights methodologies, and to support a large corporation in its multiple and varied improvement efforts. This is a full-time, contract position based on the East Coast. Candidates near Philadelphia are preferred for a hybrid office environment.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Assist in the development and execution of market research projects and in particular, survey design and programming, data verification, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis and visualization, while creating compelling insights decks.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs and analytics plans that tell a compelling story.
  • Support the research team's research-related ad-hoc requests such as compiling, reviewing, proofing, and editing decks, documents and reports.
  • Coordinate and manage abbreviated research studies, using agile research tools.
  • Update tracking studies, focusing on KPI's changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Management, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field from a top university.
  • 2-4 years experience in market research or related fields.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in survey-based market research and a fundamental understanding of generating insights from research data.
  • Experience in storytelling and data visualization.
  • Proactive and resilient, able to handle challenges and adapt to feedback constructively.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with your team while maintaining the ability to work independently.
  • Ability and desire to learn new technological/analytical tools and methodologies quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong workflow management skills including time management, prioritization, project planning and implementation.
  • Familiarity with survey programming tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Qualtrics, Suzy, My-Take etc.).
  • Knowledge of User Experience (UX) Research required - previous experience a preferred.
  • Qualitative interviewing and/or focus group moderation experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in dashboard creation and management with Tableau - A significant advantage.
