Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities : Model Development and Training : - Design, develop, and train advanced AI/ML models, particularly focusing on NLP and computer vision. - Explore and implement innovative techniques like generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. - Conduct thorough data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance. Model Deployment and MLOps : - Collaborate with MLOps engineers to deploy models into production environments. - Develop and maintain efficient pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies as needed. Research and Innovation : - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML research. - Explore new techniques and algorithms to address complex challenges. - Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. Collaboration : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Skills and Experience : - 6 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++. - Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. - Experience with NLP techniques, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and language generation. - Knowledge of computer vision techniques, such as object detection, image classification, and video analysis. - Understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. - Experience with cloud platforms (i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with generative AI models like DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or Midjourney. - Knowledge of large language models and their applications. - Proficiency in data engineering and data pipeline development. - Experience with chatbot development or conversational AI systems (ref:hirist.tech)
