Performance Tester - Automation Testing

Salary : 21-26lpa Key Skills : Mandatory Skills : JMeter, Performance Testing, Agile, Jira, Load Testing Desired Profile and Job responsibilities : - Strong testing experience, preferably on web-based applications in both functional and automation. - A minimum industry experience of 5 years and maximum 12 years with significant time spent on the relevant projects. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Design, develop, and execute performance tests to evaluate the responsiveness, throughput, and scalability of software applications. - Create and execute load tests to assess the system's stability under extreme conditions and determine its breaking points. - Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts and frameworks using tools like JMeter is required. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics during testing, identify performance issues and collaborate with development team to resolve them. - Maintain documents for performance testing methodologies, scripts, and configurations. - Experience with cloud-based testing environments and services. - Familiarity with time and labor management (TLM)domain or similar enterprise applications. - Working experience of test documentation and workflow tools, ability to write test cases independently. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process; integration experience is preferable. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for problem-solving, enhancing user experience, and a passion for technology. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Other requirements : - B.Tech./B.E./ MTech. /BCA/MCA with from reputed institutions. - Strong communication skills. - Familiarity with at least one or more testing tool like test rail - Exposure and practical working experience on Agile methodology. - The job requires overlapping with the US based teams, so the candidate should be flexible to work in UK/US shift.
