Provab Technosoft - Test Lead - Automation/Manual Testing

Experience : 4 Years Location : Bangalore JP Nagar (Work from office) Notice Period : immediate joiner Interview Rounds : 2 technical Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join us and help us shape this journey. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role and provides an opportunity to partner with and build consensus across senior leaders in the organization to deliver incredible value to the business. - Hands-on in manual testing along with test plan implementation and execution. - Complete ownership of planning, designing, developing, implementing, and executing test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts across multiple product development pods. - Provide long-term solutions for test automation including a roadmap, identifying right tools, frameworks, approaches, strategies, and best practices. - Lead and mentor SDETs and QA team members. - Measuring and reporting test automation & quality metrics to identify trends and proactively solve problems. - Collaborate with various functions, drive the quality engineering initiatives across the organization. Skills To Be Highlighted : - Must have a thorough understanding of different types of SDLC, experience with the testing process throughout all the phases and should validate the traceability matrix. - Expertise in Databases like PostgreSQL, and Mongo DB, and very good in SQL & NoSQL queries. - Expertise in Mobile (Android & iOS) app automation using Appium, TestNG, API automation using Postman, RestAssured, and Web application automation using Selenium, and TestNG. - Experience in using any one of the cloud-based testing tools like BrowserStack, and LamdaTest. - Demonstrated experience in leading automation efforts on large-scale software product development. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies and understanding of sprint ceremonies. - Expertise in designing & executing performance & load testing using tools like JMeter. - Proven experience in CICD (Jenkins preferably) - Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with leaders and peers across various functions within the organization. - Great understanding of Microservices, and RESTful architecture. You Should Possess : - 4 to 7 years of designing & building various test automation frameworks for end-to-end testing, including web applications, services, and mobile apps (Android / iOS) - Demonstrated test architect skills. - Experience working on multiple projects in parallel. - Strong analytical skills, able to work closely with business analysts/SME's. - Continuous improvement mindset in team and project interactions - Experience in chairing testing demos. - Excellent presentation skills (ref:hirist.tech)
