MS Dynamics CRM Developer - Power Automate

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to customize and enhance our CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of MS Dynamics, along with experience in developing and implementing solutions that improve business processes. Key Responsibilities : - Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM for both online and on-premises environments. - Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and Power Automate solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop JavaScript functionalities and business rules to enhance user experience. - Configure security roles and manage user access for teams and business units. - Create low-code solutions to streamline business processes. - Document development items, including tracking and reporting on change requests (CRs). - Maintain deployment documentation and support deployment processes based on release schedules. - Attend daily stand-ups and participate in requirement discussions to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals. - Build SQL queries, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports as needed. - Work with Azure cloud components and develop logic apps when necessary. - Ensure code compliance and best practices for all deliverables. - Document technical designs for development items and CRs. Qualifications : - Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - At least 4 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics CRM development. - Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, Power Platform, C#, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Proficient in SQL and experience with database management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
