Automated Issue Tracking with JIRA API : - Implement JIRA's API to automate ticket creation and management for helpdesk issues. 4. Cross-Platform Integration : - Set up bi-directional integrations for data synchronization between JIRA and Azure DevOps to streamline updates and deployments.
