Wobot.ai - Product Associate

Roles and Responsibilities : - Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps, aligning them with business goals and customer needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and customer success to define and deliver features. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Help gather and prioritize requirements for new features and product enhancements. - Assist in writing detailed user stories, technical documentation, and acceptance criteria for new features and product improvements. - Track and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure product success. - Work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications, validate technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to product development. Requirements : - 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trend. - Strong technical abilities with experience working for engineering teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing UI, analyzing data, setting up processes as required - Passion for technology and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and its applications. - Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Confluence. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Good to Have : - Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
