Cymetrix Software - Salesforce Consultant - Apex/Visual Force

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and roll out new features, integrations, and customizations to support key business processes. - Configure and manage Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to ensure efficient data flows, user-friendly interfaces, and high performance. - Perform thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation and stability of the platform. - Utilize deep knowledge of Salesforce features, including Lightning, Flows, Apex, and other advanced capabilities to create scalable solutions. - Integrate with other systems via APIs, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable data exchanges. - Apply Agile methodologies, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), to deliver high-quality configurations and enhancements. - Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities, implementing strong data governance and security controls. - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and foster a collaborative work environment that supports knowledge sharing and best : - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with Salesforce, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant role. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce features such as Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Process Builder, and Flows. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, development, testing, and operational stability. - Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as CI/CD, for efficient software delivery. - Solid understanding of data management, governance, and security within the Salesforce platform. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
