Auxo AI - Product Manager - PDLC

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Product Manager at AuxoAI, who will own the entire product lifecycle-from ideation to launch-for our internal platform, working cross-functionally to build innovative products that align with our company's vision and strategy. This is a role for a hands-on, growth-oriented leader with the opportunity to build innovative user experiences in the emerging space of Services-as-a-Software You will be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Responsibilities : - Define Product Vision : Develop and communicate a compelling vision for our internal platform, building buy-in with internal stakeholders and key external partners. - Customer-Centric Approach : Understand customer experiences, identify and address product gaps, and generate new ideas to enhance the platform and increase market impact. - Build Outstanding User Journeys : Design and optimize customer journeys that drive product growth and engagement. - Translate Strategy into Action : Convert product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the engineering team. - Prioritize Effectively : Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer needs, ensuring quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to bring high-quality products and features to life. - Product Launches : Lead product launches to ensure successful product rollouts. Qualifications : Experience : 3 years in product management, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment, working with distributed teams. - Strategic Vision and Influence : Proven ability to develop and communicate product and marketing strategies to inspire and gain support from leadership. - Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product vision and strategies to internal teams. - Full Product Lifecycle Expertise : Demonstrated track record of managing successful products from concept through launch. - User-Centric Design : Strong experience in building intuitive, customer-focused user experiences and journeys. - Data-Driven : Skilled in using data to analyze product usage and identify gaps, driving insights and data-backed decisions. - Technical and Design Knowledge : Solid understanding of technology, design, and data as they relate to product development. - Hands-On Attitude : Willingness to engage actively in all aspects of product development to drive successful outcomes. - Preferred : Experience building machine Learning products at an early-stage or growth-stage startup.
