Chief Information Officer - Data Platform

Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO) Location : NCR Reports To : Chief Operating Officer (COO) Lead the company's technology and data strategy with a focus on transforming core business processes through digitalization. The CIO will lead cross-functional teams to streamline and digitalize these key processes, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities : 1. Strategic Technology Leadership 2. Digital Transformation 3. Compliance & Security Management 4. Data Management and Real-Time Insights 5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Business Alignment 6. Operational Efficiency and Cost Management 7. Leadership and Team Development 8. Act as a key technology advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insight on emerging technologies and industry advancements. Key Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - MBA or relevant certifications in AI, automation, or digital transformation are a plus. Experience : - 15 years of leadership experience in technology roles, with a focus on digital transformation, AI, and automation. - Experience with product development, SaaS platforms, and service-driven organizations is highly preferred. Technical : - Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud computing. - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, IT infrastructure, and system integration. - Experience with data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
