Role Overview Description : - We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead one of our teams. Some of the key responsibilities would be: - Build and lead high-performing engineering teams - Implement and optimize agile project management processes - Mentor team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and career development - Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, observable, and performant software - Drive operational excellence through best practices, processes, and tools - Provide clear communication and full project visibility to all stakeholders - Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Requirements : - 10 years of software industry experience, including recent work on cloud-based products - 2 years of leadership experience, overseeing software releases, processes, and team management - Proven track record in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback - Experience with multi-tenant applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Proficiency in microservices development using Java or .NET stacks - Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, load balancing, caching) - Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, Pulsar) - Experience building scalable systems using Elasticsearch and both SQL and NoSQL databases About Our Hiring Partner : LeadSquared is a new-age SaaS CRM platform that provides end-to-end sales, marketing, and onboarding automation solutions.
