Job Description : - 5-6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years dedicated to ServiceNow QA. - Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.). - Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on ServiceNow applications, including configurations and customizations. - Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure accurate test coverage. - Leverage automated testing tools (e.g., ATF, Selenium) to build efficient testing processes. - Test ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, scripts, and UI policies to ensure that all implementations meet specified requirements. - Perform API testing and data validation for integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. - Identify, track, and report defects in JIRA or a similar bug-tracking tool and ensure timely resolution. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide input on user stories and acceptance criteria from a QA perspective. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and help maintain the overall quality of the platform by contributing to continuous improvement processes. - Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other QA engineers to create a test automation strategy for the platform.
