Role : AI Engineer (Generative AI) Company : Nirmitee.io (Elintex Technologies Private Ltd) Location : Baner, Pune Department : AI/Machine Learning Reporting to : AI Team Lead / Chief Technology Officer Job Purpose : To drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions at Nirmitee.io, focusing on innovative applications in product engineering and healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities : Generative AI Development : - Design and implement advanced generative models (e., GANs, VAEs, Transformers) - Develop and optimize large language models for various applications - Create AI-driven content generation systems for text, image, and potentially audio/video AI Integration : - Integrate AI models into existing products and services - Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement AI-driven features Research and Innovation : - Stay at the forefront of GenAI advancements and implement state-of-the-art techniques - Conduct experiments to improve model performance and efficiency Data Management : - Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality and implementing efficient data pipelines - Develop strategies for data augmentation and synthetic data generation Ethical AI : - Implement measures to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI technologies - Address biases and fairness issues in AI models Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives - Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Skills and Qualifications : - Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field - 3 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e., PyTorch, TensorFlow) - Experience with NLP, computer vision, and/or speech recognition technologies - Understanding of cloud-based AI services and MLOps practices Soft Skills : - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities - Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in a rapidly evolving field Company Culture : Nirmitee.io is an innovative IT services company, driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions in product engineering and healthcare technology.
