TM1 Developer

TM1 Developer (Planning Analytics) - Build & Manage Powerful Financial Performance Systems (hirist.tech) Do you have a passion for data and a knack for building efficient systems? We're looking for a talented TM1 Developer (Planning Analytics) to join our growing team In this role, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust financial planning and analytics solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (formerly Cognos TM1). What You'll Do : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications - Design, develop, and rigorously test Planning Analytics models and applications for optimal performance - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for both offshore and onsite teams - Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather detailed requirements and conduct comprehensive reviews - Ensure quality control by reviewing completed designs and development of deliverables before release - Manage deployments in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production environments The Ideal Candidate : - 2-4 years of experience working with TM1/Planning Analytics - Strong expertise in TM1 concepts and objects, including rules, feeders, Turbo Integrator (TI), Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), and Planning Analytics models - Ability to explain common business cases and implementation methodologies in Planning Analytics/TM1 - Proficiency in SQL Server and writing effective SQL queries - Experience with PAW is a plus - Proven ability to manage direct client relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills - Willingness to sign a one-year indemnity bond with the organization (ref:hirist.tech)
