Job Description
Job Title : ServiceNow TPSM (Technology Provider Service Management) Developer Location : Remote / Coimbatore / Hyderabad Experience : 4 to 8 years Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow TPM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow platform development, particularly with Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) modules, and experience in IT service management processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM), tailored to organizational needs. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and TPSM. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripted APIs specific to TPSM functionalities. - Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications and third-party tools. - Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation. - Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. - Stay updated on ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to recommend improvements, especially in TPSM. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a focus on TPSM. - Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules, including TPSM. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs. - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes). - Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services. - ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration modules. (ref:hirist.tech)
