Business Analyst

Role : Business Analyst Are you ready to elevate your career? We're on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team Responsibilities : - Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for digital implementation projects. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment on project objectives. - Develop detailed process flow diagrams and documentation to visualize and communicate processes clearly. - Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for future reference and training. - Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications. - Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements. - Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data sets, identify trends, and support decision-making processes. - Prepare and present insights and recommendations using PowerPoint to stakeholders and senior management. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting banking operations. - Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management, ensuring timely updates on project status and task assignments. - Create process maps using MS Visio to visualize workflows and facilitate discussions with stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within existing banking operations. - Assist in project management activities, including risk assessment, scope management, and project reporting. - Contribute to project planning and execution as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Qualifications : - 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital implementation projects, preferably within large banks. - Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting; advanced functions and pivot tables required. - Strong PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations and reports. - Familiarity with JIRA for task management and tracking project progress. - Experience with MS Visio for process mapping is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. - Experience in product or project management is a bonus and will be considered an asset (ref:hirist.tech)
