You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Responsibilities : - Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Firebase and Firebase Data Connect services to support Flutter Client application. - Integrate Firebase services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Function, , and other relevant Firebase tools. - Implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and provide an optimal user experience. - Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Perform debugging and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality across devices and platforms. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless interaction between the frontend and backend. - Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and conduct testing for quality assurance. - Stay up to date with the latest Flutter and Firebase updates, tools, and best practices. - Ensure the security and data privacy of the app, particularly when handling sensitive user information. - Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the app after deployment. Requirements : - 4 years of experience as a Backend Engineer or Software Engineer working on backend development. - Strong experience with Firebase products including Firebase Firestore, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Functions, and Firebase Storage. - Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud services like Firebase, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS. - Experience with API development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) and integration with third-party services. - Strong programming skills in JavaScript or Flutter, and experience with Firebase SDKs. - Experience with Cloud Functions for Firebase, or other serverless function frameworks. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Firebase Firestore, MongoDB, etc.). - Experience with authentication systems like Firebase Authentication, OAuth2, JWT, or similar technologies. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Non-Technical/ Behavioral competencies required : - Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model - Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills - Should have proven analytical and problem solving skills - Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills - Should be a quick learner, self starter, go-getter and team player - Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure - Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational (ref:hirist.tech)
