Lead Scrum Master

ROLE : Scrum Master Lead EXPERIENCE : 10 - 12 Years EDUCATION : B.E/Master's LOCATION : Bangalore Job Description : - Scrum Master certification required - Experience in information technology (IT) project management required - Act as a leader to our software development team - Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together - Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools. - Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process Successfully manage a RUN engagement by applying ITIL standards and by managing client expectations through SLA - Experience on Application Management (experience like Digital Technologies- Salesforce, MSD, Content, BPM, Java, Angular) - Management and be aware of KM processes that are necessary to effectively manage RUN - Responsible for the delivery of all RUN scope activities like Incident, Problem, Environment and Change Management - Responsible for quality KPIs through corrective and preventive maintenance activities by engaging in RCA process and resolutions. - Ensure minimizing all backlogs of issues reported from production - Should have strengths in project planning, resource budgeting/forecasting, estimations, and stakeholder management. - Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Helping the Product Owner manage the product backlog effectively. - Removing any impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
