Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate

If you are passionate about technology and want to work in a collaborative environment, we would love to have you on our team Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and systems. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify bottlenecks and improve application performance. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems. - Write unit tests and participate in code reviews. - Contribute to technical documentation and process improvements. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. - Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other related technologies. - Familiarity with RESTful API development and web services. - Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
