Job Title : QA Automation Engineer Location : Remote Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python (Pytest). - Create and execute automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of application functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs. - Proactively identify and report issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. - Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and deliverables. - Develop and maintain pipelines, integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows. - Apply OOP principles, code reusability concepts, and fuzzy logic to write efficient, modular code. - Analyze application flows and functionalities to identify potential issues and enhance test coverage. Requirements : - 3-4 years of experience in automation testing. - Proficient in Python (2-3 years) with expertise in Pytest. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proactive approach to issue identification and risk management. - Strong grasp of OOP concepts, code reusability, and fuzzy logic.
