EY - Program Manager

The Project Manage r will oversee and manage banking-related projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, budget, and scope. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, effective communication, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : Program and Project Management : - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - Define program goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Engagement : 1. Serve as the primary point of contact between banking clients and internal teams. 2. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. 3. Conduct regular status updates and report on program progress to stakeholders. 4. Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks to ensure project continuity. 5. Proactively address issues and conflicts to maintain smooth program execution. 6. Process Optimization and Compliance 7. Required Qualifications : Experience : - 2-3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the banking domain. - Exposure to managing banking operations, technology implementations. Educational Background : - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Skills : - Strong understanding of banking processes, financial products, - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams effectively.
