Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot

Job Summary : - We are looking for skilled and experienced Java Developers (L4 and L5 levels) to join our dynamic team. - The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Core Java and PL/SQL, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This role requires both technical expertise and leadership abilities, as you'll be mentoring and guiding a team while also working closely with customers to develop robust solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and Maintain applications using Core Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Spring Boot, and XML technologies. - Implement Software Design Principles and Java Design Patterns to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. - Lead and Mentor a team of 4-5 developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. - Engage with Customers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Conduct Code Reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality code across the team. - Analyze and Solve Complex Problems with a focus on delivering optimal solutions. - Flexibility in Technology Stack - adapt and work on various technologies as needed by the project. Required Skills and Experience : Core Java and Oracle PL/SQL : - Advanced knowledge with hands-on experience. Technologies : - Strong experience with Spring Boot, JUnit, XML, and utPLSQL. Software Design : - Proficient in Software Design Principles and Java Design Patterns. Leadership : - For Senior Developers (L4) 4 years of experience in software design and development. - For Leads (L5) 6 years of experience, including team leadership and solutioning. Communication Skills : - Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to articulate and communicate clearly and unambiguously. Customer Interaction : - Experience working directly with customers and end-users. Analytical Skills : - Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. Preferred Skills : Banking Domain Knowledge : - Familiarity with banking applications and industry standards. Tool Experience : - Hands-on experience with JMeter, SonarQube, and similar tools is a plus.
