Senior Java Full Stack Developer - React.js/Spring Boot

Job Description : We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, as well as proficiency in frontend frameworks like React.js and Angular. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality applications, driving best practices, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular, and Microservices. - Architect and implement complex application features, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure that solutions align with business goals. - Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed by the team. - Design, develop, and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices to support complex workflows and system integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring system reliability. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance. - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, documentation, testing, and deployment. Requirements : Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - 8 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Extensive experience with frontend frameworks, including React.js and Angular.
