Job Summary : We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in securing cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing security across cloud infrastructures to maintain a secure, compliant, and resilient environment. JD : Job Title : Cloud Security Engineer. Experience : 4-6 Years. Location : Bangalore. Job Summary : We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in securing cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing security across cloud infrastructures to maintain a secure, compliant, and resilient environment. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement security measures across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Perform security assessments, risk assessments, and vulnerability management in cloud infrastructures. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security in CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure software development practices. - Respond to security incidents, investigate and lead incident resolution. - Monitor cloud environments for potential threats and vulnerabilities and take preventive action. - Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards like GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. - Create and enforce security policies, frameworks, and best practices. - Participate in the design and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. - Stay updated on the latest cloud security threats and tools. Required Skills : - Cloud Platforms : 3-5 years of experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Cloud Security Tools : Hands-on experience with tools such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, Google Security Command Center. - Security Frameworks : Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS benchmarks, OWASP. - IAM & Access Management : Expertise in implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). - Automation & DevSecOps : Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and integration of security within CI/CD pipelines. - Data Encryption : Experience with encryption technologies (TLS, SSL, KMS) for data in transit and at rest. - Security Incident Response : Hands-on experience with incident detection, investigation, and response, including security logging, monitoring (SIEM), and forensics. - Compliance : Knowledge of cloud compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR. - Networking & Firewalls : Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts like VPC, subnets, security groups, and network firewalls. - Container Security : Experience securing containerized applications (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless architectures. - Cloud Governance : Knowledge of cloud governance, cost management, and policy management. - Scripting & Automation : Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating security tasks. - Disaster Recovery & BCP : Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP). Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications : AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer. - Security Tools : Experience with SIEM tools like Splunk, QRadar, or other cloud-native solutions. - Penetration Testing : Experience in cloud penetration testing and remediation. - Compliance Management : Familiarity with tools for managing compliance reports and audits.
