Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript

Key Responsibilities : - Web Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend code using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js). - User Interface Design : Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and design prototypes into fully functional web applications that are responsive and visually appealing. - Component Development : Build reusable, modular, and maintainable components to ensure scalability and consistency across applications. - Cross-Browser Compatibility : Ensure consistent look and feel across various browsers and devices, optimizing web applications for speed, responsiveness, and usability. - API Integration : Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and services, ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient functionality. - Performance Optimization : Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and performance, improving overall load times and user experience. - Code Review : Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to ensure high-quality code standards. - Agile Development : Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to deliver features on time and within scope. - Continuous Improvement : Keep up with the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies to enhance development processes and improve product quality. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience : 2 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development with a strong understanding of web technologies. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6). - Experience with frontend frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. - Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with frontend applications. - Understanding of modern JavaScript tools and libraries (e.g., Webpack, Babel, ESLint). - Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or equivalent. - Experience with responsive design and building mobile-first web applications. - Understanding of browser developer tools and web performance optimization (ref:hirist.tech)
